Caitlin Rubini
Caitlin Rubini is an experienced English educator with 14 years of teaching experience. At North Star Academy, she believes every student is a “classroom of one,” with individual strengths, needs, goals, and experiences that shape their relationship with education. Through clear expectations, personalized guidance, and meaningful relationships, she helps students feel known and supported while building the confidence to take ownership of their learning. Caitlin values North Star’s ability to meet students where they are and provide a flexible, meaningful educational experience that helps them reach their academic and personal goals.
Kirsteen Harris
Kirstie Harris brings a unique combination of academic, practical, and specialized experience to North Star Academy. She holds a Master’s degree in Education as an Education Specialist and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. Her background in special education has strengthened her ability to recognize barriers to learning, identify individual strengths, and develop practical strategies that help students make meaningful progress. Kirstie’s approach to independent study is grounded in compassion and accountability. She strives to provide students with the support and encouragement they need while empowering them to make positive choices, develop productive habits, and take greater responsibility for their own success.

Clarissa Bellotti has been a high school counselor for the past 10 years and is truly excited to have the opportunity to support students throughout their high school journey!
Her goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every student feels heard, valued, and empowered to succeed. Whether students need academic guidance, support navigating personal or social challenges, or assistance exploring college and career opportunities, Mrs. Bellotti is dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.
Let's face it, high school isn't always easy! It is filled with challenges, important decisions, exciting milestones, and opportunities for growth. Mrs. Bellotti believes that no student should have to navigate these experiences alone. She is passionate about encouraging, advocating for, and empowering students to achieve their goals while building confidence in themselves and their futures.
